My experience in the real estate scene dates back to my childhood days when I started learning about the industry from my own mother, who owns multiple companies including real estate. From witnessing negotiations and transactions, I already had adequate knowledge about the industry which I could pass on to my clients. Through family business exposure, I had the opportunity to learn psychology as well which gave me a wider understanding of how the human mind and emotions work. This gives me competitive advantage in making business with different kinds of people, leading to a smooth and easy transaction.

I partnered with Federal Land Inc. because I know that the company, being one of the best property developers in the country could help me live out two of my passions, and that is — adding value in people’s lives and providing them the luxury they deserve. Luxury, in its context is the enjoyment of the best in life and I want to be that bridge in making that happen for people.

I believe that anyone has the capability to sell a home but you deserve a professional who attends to all your concerns and has your best interest at heart because Real Estate isn’t just about selling and building property but it is a human business as well. You are helping people make the most important decision of their life and most importantly, you need to earn their trust.
