Not all units come with assigned parking slots.

Yes although there are rules to consider:
- Pets must be limited to aquarium fishes, birds, small dogs, cats and other small-tamed animals. Common pets like dogs and cats should not exceed one foot in height.
- Residents are required to accomplish and submit an information sheet for pets and inform the administration of the presence of their pets.
- Pets must be properly restrained or contained when taken out.
- Residents must be responsible for any injury or damage to the property caused by their pets. Owners must be responsible for cleaning their rubbish in common areas.
- Pets aren’t allowed to roam around the parking area.
- Noise created by the pets should not disturb the other residents.
- The Board has the right to prohibit any pets that is found to be dangerous or nuisance to other residents.
